At Khandal Capital Market, we are committed to providing high-quality educational services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed for our courses and services.
Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any course. By making a payment and enrolling in our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Courses Eligible for Refund
Refunds may be requested for the following courses:
- Technical Analysis Fundamentals
- Options Trading for Beginners
- Fundamental Analysis & Valuation
- Portfolio Management & Asset Allocation
- Advanced Options Strategies
- Top 50 Trading Strategies
- Scratch to Success - Master Everything About Market
2.2 Services NOT Eligible for Refund
The following services are non-refundable:
- HNI Personalized Consultation: One-on-one consultation sessions are non-refundable once scheduled
- Completed Courses: Courses that have been fully accessed or completed
- Downloaded Materials: Courses where study materials have been downloaded
- Live Sessions Attended: Courses where live training sessions have been attended
3. Refund Request Timeline
3.1 Standard Courses
For all standard courses, refund requests must be made within the following timeframes:
- Within 24 hours of enrollment: 100% refund (minus payment gateway charges)
- Within 48 hours of enrollment: 75% refund (if less than 10% of course accessed)
- After 48 hours: No refund available
3.2 Live Training Programs
For courses with scheduled live sessions:
- Before first session starts: 90% refund (minus payment gateway charges)
- After first session: No refund available
3.3 HNI Consultation
Personalized consultation sessions are strictly non-refundable once payment is confirmed. Rescheduling may be allowed with 24 hours notice, subject to availability.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Cancellation by Student
You may cancel your enrollment by submitting a cancellation request through our website or by emailing us at khandalcapitalmarket@gmail.com.
Cancellation requests must include:
- Full name
- Email address used during enrollment
- Mobile number
- Payment ID (Razorpay transaction ID)
- Course name
- Reason for cancellation
4.2 Cancellation by Khandal Capital Market
We reserve the right to cancel any course or enrollment in the following circumstances:
- Insufficient enrollments to conduct the course
- Instructor unavailability due to unforeseen circumstances
- Technical issues preventing course delivery
- Violation of our Terms of Service by the student
In such cases, you will receive a full 100% refund within 3 working days, with no deductions.
5. Refund Process and Timeline
5.1 How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Submit Cancellation Request
- Visit our website and use the cancellation request form (available after payment)
- OR Email us at: khandalcapitalmarket@gmail.com
- Provide all required information including Payment ID
Step 2: Request Review
- Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
- We will verify eligibility based on our refund policy
- You will receive an email with the status of your request
Step 3: Refund Processing
- If approved, refund will be initiated within 3 working days
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method used
5.2 Refund Timeline
Once a refund is approved and processed:
- Processing Time: 3 working days from approval
- Credit Card/Debit Card: 5-7 business days after processing
- Net Banking: 5-7 business days after processing
- UPI/Wallet: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: The actual credit to your account depends on your bank's processing time and is beyond our control. The total time from refund initiation to credit in your account may take up to 10-14 business days.
5.3 Refund Deductions
The following charges may be deducted from refunds:
- Payment Gateway Charges: 2.5% - 3% of transaction amount (as per Razorpay)
- Processing Fees: ₹50 administrative fee (if applicable)
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
- Request made after the eligible refund period
- Course materials have been downloaded or accessed beyond the allowed limit
- Live sessions have been attended
- Certification has been issued
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Sharing of course content or login credentials
- Change of mind after accessing significant course content
- Trading losses or poor investment decisions (our courses are educational only)
- Failure to attend scheduled sessions due to personal reasons
- Technical issues on your end (internet connectivity, device compatibility, etc.)
7. Payment Gateway and Transaction Issues
7.1 Failed Transactions
If your payment is deducted but enrollment is not confirmed:
- Contact us immediately at khandalcapitalmarket@gmail.com
- Provide transaction details and payment proof
- We will verify with Razorpay and resolve within 24-48 hours
- If payment was actually deducted, we will either provide access or process refund
7.2 Duplicate Payments
In case of accidental duplicate payments:
- Notify us within 7 days with both transaction IDs
- We will verify and refund the duplicate payment within 3 working days
- Full amount will be refunded with no deductions
7.3 Razorpay Payment Disputes
All payments are processed through Razorpay. For payment-related queries:
- First contact our support team
- We will coordinate with Razorpay on your behalf
- You may also contact Razorpay support directly for payment gateway issues
8. Course Rescheduling and Postponement
8.1 Rescheduling by Student
If you wish to reschedule your enrollment to a future batch:
- Request must be made at least 48 hours before course starts
- Subject to availability in the next batch
- One free rescheduling allowed; subsequent changes may incur ₹200 fee
- Rescheduling valid for up to 3 months from original enrollment
8.2 Postponement by Khandal Capital Market
If we postpone or reschedule a course:
- You will be notified via email and phone
- You can choose to enroll in the rescheduled batch (no extra charges)
- OR request a full refund (100%, no deductions)
9. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds are generally not offered. However, in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion:
- Technical issues preventing course access (after verification)
- Medical emergencies (with valid documentation)
- Course content significantly different from description
Each case will be evaluated individually, and the decision of Khandal Capital Market will be final.
10. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations:

- Step 2: Provide detailed information about the issue with supporting documents
- Step 3: We will investigate and respond within 48-72 hours
- Step 4: If issue is not resolved, you may escalate to our grievance officer (Pranjal Sharma)
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
11. Refund for Technical Issues
We strive to provide seamless access to all our courses. However, if you experience technical issues:
11.1 Course Access Issues
If you cannot access course content despite correct login:
- Contact us immediately with screenshots/error messages
- We will resolve within 24 hours
- If unresolved within 48 hours, you may request a refund
11.2 Video Quality Issues
We provide multiple video quality options. If issues persist after trying different qualities and browsers, contact us for resolution or refund.
11.3 Platform Downtime
Planned maintenance will be notified in advance. Unplanned downtime exceeding 72 hours may qualify for partial refund or course extension.
12. Special Circumstances
12.1 Medical Emergencies
In case of medical emergencies preventing course completion:
- Provide medical certificate within 7 days
- We may offer course transfer to future batch
- OR partial refund based on course completion percentage
12.2 Force Majeure
In events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemic, government restrictions):
- Courses will be rescheduled or moved online
- Full refund available if alternate arrangements are unacceptable
13. Important Notes

- Bank credit time: Additional 5-7 business days
- Total refund cycle: Up to 10-14 business days

14. Modifications to Policy
Khandal Capital Market reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
The policy applicable at the time of your enrollment will govern your refund and cancellation rights for that specific enrollment.
